1) Login to the client area
2) go to domains > My domains on the top menu:
3) Click the 3 Dots on the far right next to the domain name
4) click Auto Renew Status
5) the status by default is set to ON. change this to OFF if you wish to disable domain auto renew:
Status ON - will auto generate due invoice 30 days before expiry):
Status OFF - will not generate due invoice, we will still notify you of the domain expiring and you can manually renew it yourself.
If you have a renewal invoice for a domain name you no longer want to renew then change auto renew from ON to OFF will cancel the invoice item and stop the domain name from renewing on its due date.
